We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a master-level behavior consultant for our growing company! Behavior consultants are self-employed, independent contractors (1099-contract employees) who are responsible for providing behavioral consulting to residential and/or day programs for adults with Autism. Part-time work available (with the potential to move to full-time), flexible hours, and competitive pay. BCBA supervision can be provided. Although the position is primarily remote, we are only accepting local applicants at this time (San Francisco Bay Area).
Thomas J. Widger Behavioral Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2008 with the goal of providing high-quality, consumer-focused behavioral health services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Today, the team provides behavioral support to day programs, residential programs, schools, families, and communities throughout the greater Bay Area of Northern California. We currently serve Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, San Francisco, Antioch, Dublin, Hayward, Pinole, Richmond, San Jose, Brentwood, Hercules, and Foster City.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Master’s degree (required), preferably in behavior analysis or a related field
- Knowledge of Regional Center and CCL Licensing Regulations (Title 17 and 22 California Code of Regulations)
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT or BCABA encouraged to apply)
- Experience with adults in residential programs
- Reliable transportation (some travel required)
Job responsibilities will include behavior assessment, consultation, plan writing (quarterly, annual, ISP, and 30-day reports), trainings, and other tasks as assigned. To apply, please submit a cover letter, resume, and 2-3 professional references.
