Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 10 to 11 years of experience to join our team who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 10 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Material Hierarchy SAP Advance Pricing SAP SD Variant Configuration SAP EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC SAP Product Allocation SAP Billing and Revenue SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM and SAP Standard Order to Cash. The role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP modules including SAP Material Hierarchy SAP Advance Pricing and SAP SD Variant Configuration.
- Provide expertise in SAP EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC processes to ensure seamless data integration and communication.
- Manage SAP Product Allocation to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands efficiently.
- Implement and support SAP Billing and Revenue processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with regional requirements by configuring SAP SD for Brazil and LATAM markets.
- Drive the standardization of Order to Cash processes within the SAP environment to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the integrity and performance of SAP solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they are proficient in utilizing SAP functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system operation.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality SAP solutions that enhance business processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications - Must have extensive experience in SAP Material Hierarchy SAP Advance Pricing SAP SD Variant Configuration SAP EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC SAP Product Allocation SAP Billing and Revenue SAP SD
- Brazil & LATAM and SAP Standard Order to Cash.
- Nice to have experience in Serialization-Track and Trace Quality Assur-Pharma Mfg Maintenance Management Enterprise Asset Mgmt-LS and Batch Manufacturing Process.
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must have a proven track record of successfully implementing SAP solutions.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certifications Required SAP Certified Application Associate - Order Fulfillment with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $112,500.00 - $152,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
