Part-time Behavior Therapists & Registered Behavior Technicians for the SANTA CLARITA, CA area
Symphony Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate and knowledgeable ABA therapists to join our growing team in Santa Clarita.
Behavior Therapists & RBTs provide 1:1 in home therapy while following the behavior treatment plans put in place by their supervisors. Behavior therapists work in a collaborative team with their Clinical Program Managers and Clinical supervisors.

Job Duties Include
- Provide 1:1 evidence based ABA therapy in client's home setting that is individualized, socially significant, trauma-informed, and person-centered
- Utilize teaching techniques that promote communication, social skills, play skills, daily living skills and emotional awareness
- Work in a collaborative team with clinical program managers and BCBA clinical supervisors
- Collect data and complete session notes for each therapy session
- Attend clinical meetings and ongoing staff trainings to develop clinical skills

Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma with current enrollment in psychology, child development, or other related college courses
- For therapists to work with Regional Center clients, applicants must meet title 17 qualifications bachelor’s degree and meets qualifications according to title 17: twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Must be able to lift 35+ lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
- New hires are expected to show a negative TB test, complete a background check / live scan clearance through DOJ and FBI
