We need a Production Engineer & Operations Lead to oversee our production line, manage an expanding 3D printer farm, direct daily labor, and drive improvements in efficiency. This is a hands-on, leadership position ideally suited for a high-performing problem solver with an engineering background and a passion for small-scale manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end operations—from material delivery and inventory management to identifying cost-saving opportunities in our production processes.
