Position Summary...This is an exciting finance (FP&A) role with significant exposure to Walmart US' store expansion and modernization, supply chain automation, eCommerce strategy, and technology transformation. Due to the broad exposure of this role, the associate will have meaningful, weekly interactions with Finance VPs and SVPs.
About the Team
End-To-End (E2E) FP&A performs the critical function of owning the near- and long-term financial forecast for Walmart US' Store Operations, Supply Chain, and Real Estate. This role is on the Central E2E FP&A team reporting to the Director, Central E2E FP&A. Collectively, the Central team is responsible for consolidation, reporting, and executive storytelling to the SVP, Head of E2E Finance and their Finance VP direct reports.
What you'll do...- Prepare and send weekly materials including the weekly forecast update to E2E Finance leadership and the preparation of reporting that the SVP, Head of E2E finance reviews with the Walmart US COO during their weekly one on one.
- Provide monthly reporting on accounting close and forecast to the SVP, Head of E2E Finance and their directs. For clarity, we are not involved in the accounting process and do not record journal entries.
- Coordinate and consolidate E2E finance's annual operating plan and long range (5-year) plan, including the build and execution of AOP and LRP decks presented to the Walmart US COO.
- Become a thought leader and evangelist for process improvement and transformation across the E2E finance organization, particularly with the implementation of generative AI into our day-to-day.
- Collaborate across the Store Ops, Supply Chain, Real Estate and FP&A teams, build strong relationship with partners in Merchandise and Segment finance, and develop trust with VPs/SVPs across Walmart US.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
