Stars Therapy Services is a bilingual, specialized, Early Intervention program delivering family-centered therapy for families throughout San Diego County. We established our program to meet the unique needs for families with children between birth to eight years of age.

TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor
FLSA Status: Full Time/ Non-exempt
Reports To: Clinical Director
Schedule: Monday-Friday and some varied Saturdays
Location: San Diego County
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000
Summary:
Under the supervision of Clinical Director and Director of ABA and Development the BCBA Clinical Supervisor provides expertise and early intervention instruction with an emphasis on behavior analysis, to children and families enrolled in the California Early Start Program for the San Diego Regional Center and other funding sources.
Directly Responsible To:
Clinical Director and Director of ABA and Development
Supervision Over:
Staff, children and their families receiving services through Stars Therapy Services®.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains productivity compliance as outlined per company guidelines and/or needs.
- Create individual treatment plans to serve the needs of each Stars Therapy Services client and provide direct/indirect supervision to Interventionists assigned to caseload.
- Promotes a family-centered philosophy and respect for cultural diversity.
- Provides ongoing supervision to RBT and BCBA candidates and oversees contracts in accordance to Company policies and applicable laws, while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Provides behavior analysis services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders, including:
○Provide clinical oversight
○Develop, implement and monitor consumer treatment plans
○Supervise clinical team, including monitoring maintaining data collection
○Compose consumer Initial, Progress and Discharge reports
- Provides billable services as a BCBA in the division as caseload increases or decreases, covering vacation or unforeseen clinical vacancies
- Serves as a liaison with the School Districts and/or other clinical professionals to facilitate services for the consumer and their families
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, training, and in-services for Stars Therapy Services
- Attends and oversees Social Groups, as assigned (including Saturdays)
- Other duties as assigned based on company needs
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

- Commute to various areas in the San Diego county
Minimum Requirements:
- M.A. Degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of: Marriage and Family Therapy, Child Development, Special Education, Psychology, or related field is required
- Active BCBA license with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience
- CPR Certification (Adult, child, infant, AED) & First Aid (Preferred)
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of car insurance in employee’s name and current address
- Available to work on Saturdays based on operational needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
- Must be able to submit verification of authorization to work in the U.S.A. upon hire
