We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Packaging Assistant to support day-to-day production tasks in our personal care products startup. This is a hands-on, entry-level role focused on manual labor and packaging duties to maintain workflow efficiency in a small manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will follow standard operating procedures closely and help ensure that our product packaging and production line run smoothly each day. Responsibilities:
Assist in daily production operations, including manual product handling, packaging, and labeling of personal care goods.
Prepare finished products for shipment by assembling boxes, packing orders, and verifying contents against packing lists.
Maintain an organized work area and uphold workflow efficiency by keeping production supplies stocked and equipment clean.
Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure consistent quality and safety standards are met.
Support the production in meeting daily output targets, and promptly communicate any workflow issues or equipment malfunctions.
