Looking for an experienced Superintendent.

Project will consists of overseeing subcontractors for a project consisting of Exterior Repairs & Painting of 409 homes.
Project is located in Oceanside on Camp Pendleton.
Project is a NON-Prevailing Wage Job.
Experience is a must.
Organization, communication, punctuality, and proven track record is utmost importance.
Job Start date will be 4/21/25
Project duration: 6-8 months.
