We're on the hunt for a motivated, skilled, and ambitious individual to join our growing fabrication team. If you're an experienced welder who can read blueprints, take direction, and bring creative fabrication ideas to the table, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 3 years welding experience (you will be tested)
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Confident in fabricating custom parts from scratch — not just following instructions but thinking creatively
• Willingness to collaborate on product design improvements
• Consistent, clean, and presentable welds — this is critical as all welding is done on high-visibility off-road vehicles
• Must be self-sufficient — this is NOT an entry-level position; no training will be provided
Experience with the following is a big plus:
• Shear, ironworker, press brake, saw, lathe, mill, and hand tools
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Attention to detail is non-negotiable
Pay & Benefits:
• $22–$30/hr based on skill level, fabrication ability, machine knowledge, and team fit
• Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 10-hour shift

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to prove your welding ability during an in-person test
