Busy RV Service Company with a family feel, has an immediate job opportunity. We are looking for an individual that is energetic, friendly, well organized, and can multi-task to help in our service department temporarily with the possibility of becoming permanent. Customer Service experience and ability to speak English and Spanish required.
Essential duty would be to assist lead advisor with taking notes, typing up customer estimates/sales orders, and talking with customers. Other duties include helping technicians complete daily logs, schedule appointments and contacting vendors.
Requirements:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
-Great attention to details is a MUST
-Pass a drug screen and DMV/Criminal Background check
-Type on a keyboard accurately
-Able to learn and retain service pricing
-Time management skills
-Work well as a team but can work independently as well
-Ability to start immediately (within a week)
