🎯 Your Mission (What You’ll Own)
Use our power dialer and script to call cold leads
Book 2–4+ qualified strategy calls/day with agency owners
Accurately track call outcomes using dispositions and our CRM
Represent Bloom with clarity, confidence, and character
Work from anywhere but must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Collaborate, learn, and share best practices with our elite team
🧠What It Takes to Win
âś” Fluent, unaccented native English speakers
âś” 2+ years of cold calling experience (preferably solar, B2B, or in marketing)
âś” Strong power dialer experience
âś” Track record of appointments that show up
âś” High moral standards: you tell the truth, do the work, and own your outcomes
âś” Reliable remote setup (computer, headset, fast internet, quiet space)
âś” Competitive, coachable, and committed to getting better every day
💰 How You’ll Get Paid to Perform
Compensation Details:
Hourly Rate: $16.50–$17/hr USD
Commission: $50–$100 per appointment that shows up
OTE: $60,000/year if you hit plan
Flexibility: Work from anywhere with a stable connection
Schedule: Flexible—just be dial-ready during PST hours

Week 1:
You hit the ground running, book your first calls, and get clean data in the CRM
You apply coaching and improve daily
Week 4:
You’re booking 3–5+ appointments per day that actually show up
You’re seen as a key player on the team
You’ve earned the team’s trust and are building a real income
