Production Manager - Sign Company

We are looking for a Production Manager to perform a wide range of duties related to the physical production of signs, vinyl and vehicle graphics. The successful candidate will help with planning and scheduling production, Quality Assurance, and staff supervision. We are seeking a career driven and team-minded individual to manage the flow of all production activities. Applicants must have previous experience in a Sign Company or Large Format Graphics Department.
Responsibilities:
Create production schedule that outlines milestones and delivery dates
Manage updates to production schedule
Proactively communicate milestones to account team
Ensure all projects are being handled in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
Maintain quality control
Assist with production and installations when needed
Assist with overall company operations, sales growth, and profitability
Enforce a strong safety and environmental culture at the manufacturing site applying the respective regulations
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating wide format printers and cutters
Proficiency with CNC router
Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
Proven Managerial and Supervisory skills
3-5 years in a Sign Production environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
