Rakitori Japanese Pub & Grill in Hillcrest is looking to add members to the Rakitori Family!
Rakitori has earned its reputation as one of San Diego's top Japanese restaurants by delivering exceptional Japanese Ramen since its doors opened in 2015!
We are looking for a line cook to work full time or part-time.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and menu specifications.
* Ensuring food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
* Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed, including proper food handling and storage.
* Assisting with inventory management and ensuring that kitchen supplies are adequately stocked.
* Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during meal service.
* Cleaning kitchen appliances, utensils, and workspaces as required.
* Other tasks as reasonably assigned by the Employer or management.
QUALIFICATIONS
*1-3 Years experience in a similar position.
*Team player
*Prior experience in a Japanese kitchen is preferred.
