We are a patient-focused general dental practice committed to treating patients like family. Our office is modern, supportive, and team-oriented. We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Front Office Lead to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day front office operations
Manage the schedule to ensure efficient patient flow and provider productivity
Lead and support front office team members, fostering a positive and cohesive environment
Verify and submit PPO insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Clearly explain and collect patient balances and financial responsibilities
Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, financials, and insurance coverage
Collaborate with back office and doctor to ensure smooth clinical coordination
Track and follow up on outstanding claims and patient balances
Work with eAssist (experience is a huge plus!)
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and PPO insurances
Proficiency with Eaglesoft is required
Ability to accurately explain and manage patient balances
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in a leadership or team-building role
Familiarity with eAssist is a big plus

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – Patient care days
Thursday – Admin day (no patients)
Friday – Patient care day
One Saturday per month
