Small boutique litigation and trial firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position, but candidates must be based in the Los Angeles area for occasional in-person meetings or court appearances/trials.
The position will start as an Independent Contractor role, with the potential to transition into an Associate Attorney position depending on mutual fit and performance.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
• A strong legal writer and communicator
• Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working remotely
• Passionate about litigation and trial work
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of litigation experience
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Based in the greater Los Angeles area
