Pay Rate: $35-45 per hour, DOE | Direct Hire
General Skills and Technical Abilities:
At least 5 years of experience as a VRF HVAC technician
Great command of the refrigerant cycle & low voltage controls
Strong Knowledge AND hands-on experience with commercial VRF/VRV technology.
Help develop current teammates
Good communicator
Able to Learn from others and share his/her knowledge
Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
Assisting with customers' queries.
Able to create material needs requests
Able to plan and schedule work
Able to craft professional correspondence
Has basic MS Excel skills
Determining a project’s needs in collaboration with various stakeholders
Setting deadlines
Tracking (and reporting on) progress
