Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and health of our landscapes, gardens, and lawns. This role requires a strong work ethic, a passion for outdoor work, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively.
Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing lawns.
Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees by planting, watering, pruning, and weeding as necessary.
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete groundskeeping tasks.
Irrigate lawns and gardens according to seasonal needs and weather conditions.
Ensure all areas are clean and free of debris by regular liter abatement and maintaining the park.
Assist in the maintenance of the park, special event set up and tear down, as directed by management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Experience
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with lawn care techniques and knowledge of various plant species is advantageous.
Ability to operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely.
Experience using hand tools for gardening tasks is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work in maintaining outdoor spaces.
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
