SKILLED CRAFTSPEOPLE NEEDED
We're seeking 1-2 skilled construction workers to join our team in building high-quality outdoor cat enclosures (Catios). Our projects typically range from 3-10 days and involve comprehensive construction skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Framing: Light framing using 2x4 and 4x4 construction to create sturdy, durable structures
Carpentry: Precision cutting, fitting, and assembly of shelves, perches, and other cat elements
Painting: Priming, painting, or staining
Roofing: Installing polycarbonate panels or asphalt shingles
Concrete Work: Concrete footings and the occasional pad
Enclosure Material: Installation of wire mesh or screen material to ensure pet safety
Site Cleanliness: Maintaining immaculate worksites daily, protecting clients’ property, and showcasing our professionalism
OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT:
We foster a positive, drama-free workplace where craftsmanship is valued. Initial projects will be collaborative training opportunities with our experienced team. We provide all materials and some specialized tools.

PROJECT LOCATIONS:
Most projects are in Los Angeles, with additional work in South Bay, Long Beach, Orange County, Ventura County, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, and beyond. Our substantial project pipeline ensures steady work.
