We are seeking individuals with exemplary customer service skills for Benefits Coordinators.

You will be working one on one with the clients we provide for you, providing them with guidance and advice as they navigate the often complicated world of work benefits.
Your day will be spent on the phone and over zoom with clients. You will be trained to run a simulator program that helps custom fit a benefits package to each member and their needs. You will be trained on the various programs offered, and how to help them through the application process
