Minimum 5 years of experience working as a forklift mechanic with hands-on experience on both electric and propane-powered forklifts.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in forklifts.
Experience with diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex issues.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret service manuals, technical documents, and schematics.
Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and equipment, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
