We are looking for a Secretary to manage our administrative tasks.
Manada Shipping Xpress, is a shipping company with different branches in Texas. Our California main branch mainly focuses on attending and SCHEDULING our customers pick up orders and quoting their merchandise.
Secretary Duties and Responsibilities:
-Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person
-Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents
-Make travel arrangements for office personnel ( GOING TO THE POST OFFICE & BANK )
-Maintain a content management system
-Track inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary
-Make payroll when necessary
-Billing/invoices
-Compile data and prepare reports
-Maintain updated contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers
WOKR HOURS / BENEFITS:
8am - 5pm , Monday to Friday
