Job Opportunity: Etsy Shop Manager

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to manage our growing Etsy online shop specializing in high-quality fabrics and home decor items such as curtains, tablecloths, and chair covers. This is a full-time position offering the chance to take ownership of our online presence and contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
* Listing Management: Creating and posting compelling product listings on Etsy, including writing detailed descriptions, optimizing keywords, and ensuring accurate pricing and information.
* Customer Communication: Promptly and professionally managing customer inquiries and messages through the Etsy platform, providing excellent customer service.
* Product Photography: Taking high-quality and appealing photographs of new and existing products for online listings.
* Product Development: Brainstorming and proposing new and innovative product ideas to expand our offerings.
* Order Fulfillment: Carefully packaging and shipping sold products in a timely and efficient manner.
* Shop Maintenance: Ensuring the overall smooth operation of the Etsy shop, including inventory management and addressing any technical issues.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience with online sales and shop management, preferably on the Etsy platform.
* Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Ability to write clear, concise, and friendly responses to customer emails.
* A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Basic photography skills suitable for online product presentation.
Schedule & Compensation:
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Pay: $20 per hour
