Your Role:
As a Sales Contractor, your mission is to identify, engage, and sign new clients who can benefit from our remote staffing solutions. You'll be the face of our brand, backed by a responsive support team and a service that speaks for itself.
What You’ll Do:
* Prospect and qualify leads through networking, outreach, and referrals
* Present our services to business owners and decision-makers
* Tailor proposals and close deals
* Provide basic onboarding support before handing off to our account team
* Maintain client relationships for potential upsells and referrals
You Bring:
* Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales (bonus points for experience in staffing, SaaS, or service-based industries)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
* Self-motivation and discipline – you're your own boss here
* Understanding of the Business landscape
* A network of small to mid-sized business contacts (preferred)
