Technical Duties:
• Assess the watch condition and identify the cause of the issue in accordance with client request(s).
• Identify the spare parts needed to repair the evaluated piece.
• Segregate the movement/dial/hands and other parts from the case components.
• Complete dismantling of the watch mechanism, cleaning, lubricating, change of spare parts (glass, battery, crown, pushers).
• Analyze and implement proper methodology to repair any caliber needed except restoration.
• Reconditioning and Polishing of the case and bracelet.
• Assemble the watch, check the Quality Control and ensure waterproofness of the case.
Supervisor Duties:
• Develop and implement schedules to meet client deadlines.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of technical reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
• Use or develop adequate tools and processes to correct issues during the repair process by other technicians and apply preventive maintenance programs.
• Control and evaluate the spare parts inventory and Quality control in accordance with the Brands specification.
• Report on workshop performance, provide recommendations for improvements, and liaise with management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Watchmaking is mandatory.
- Working experience with luxury brands is mandatory.
- Watch and Jewelry polishing experience is a plus.
- Certified training by Audemars Piguet, Ulysse Nardin is a must.
