Specialty contracting company seeking motivated individual with experience and knowledge in operating mini-excavators, skid steers and other construction machinery, as well as simple and complex construction tools. The individual will assist in other construction site duties as required. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL license and a working knowledge of hydraulic power pack and drive head operations, as well as preventative maintenance. The candidate MUST have a valid driver's license, up to date medical certificate and a clean driving record - NO EXCEPTIONS.
The work environment may often include inclement weather, working in confined spaces and standing for long periods of time.
The candidate must be able to pass drug screening tests and be able to obtain necessary government clearances.
Other requirements include, but not limited to:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Understand basic measurements in feet and inches.
- Ability to listen and comprehend oral and written instructions accurately to learn the company's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment.
