Job Summary
The Plumbing Installer combines technical expertise in plumbing with exceptional customer service and installation skills to provide clients with quality workmanship. This role involves diagnosing plumbing issues at times knowing when a job needs additional work to be effective and done correctly.
Key Responsibilities
Job duties include, but not limited to the following:
• Proficiency with hand and power tools specific to the plumbing trade
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtured in all types of structures.
• Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work
• Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
• Performing cutting, welding, and assembling of pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures
• Valid Driver License with good driving record
• Knowledge of building codes regulations
• Working familiarity with plumbing materials and their appropriate use
• Proficiency in Math
• Ability to show initiative
• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Education from college, trade school or military
• Reliable, detailed oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling several tasks.
• A thorough understanding of the plumbing industry and code compliance
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Efficient skills and knowledge in using plumbing tools and equipment
• Excellent skills and knowledge in using plumbing tools and equipment
• Excellent written verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
• Minimum of 2-years’ experience as plumbing installer
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary : $18-28/ hr for Install.
Competitive commission scale based on sales performance.
Benefits: Eligible after 90 days

Sick PTO: 40hrs/yr
Vacation PTO: 40hrs for your first year and 80hrs/yr beginning your 2nd year of employment.
