Who we are: Amara Property Group is a quickly growing furnished housing (like airbnb) company. We pride ourselves in offering guests high end accommodation with exceptional cleanliness and customer service.
Where: Primarily in Westwood Village, but sometimes may be needed in other areas of Los Angeles like Silver Lake or Hollywood.
When: Hours will vary, but often 11am-5pm. Sometimes will be needed earlier in the morning.
Position: We need an exceptional cleaner that also has customer service skills. We need for you to clean and do laundry for multiple AirBnbs. Then if a guest arrives to check-in at the building when you are there, to greet the guest and show them to their parking space and up to their residence. Top notch customer service and friendliness is crucial. If cleanings are finished, we need the person to work on organizing or purchasing supplies, writing personalized cards to guests or other customer service gestures, or doing a deep cleaning of seldom cleaned areas.
We are an expanding company so if you are somebody that has additional skills, we would welcome including them and have you grow with the company!
Who we need:
-Somebody that has reliable transportation and lives close to Westwood Village.
-Must have multiple years of full-time residential cleaning experience, and skilled at it!
-Has an eye for detail and presentation.
-Friendly and can welcome guests.
-Communicates with ownership well.
-Can fix basic homeowner maintenance issues- Items like unclogging a drain or garbage disposal.
-Does not need to be micromanaged. Can find work to be done and fill their time.
-Is reliable!
-Has problem solving skills and can think quickly.
-Has a pretty open schedule and not a lot of limitations on days or hours that they can work.
-We most likely would like to have this position grow to where the applicant is also doing customer service via text and being a concierge for guest needs.
-MUST be able to legally work and have a SSN, TIN, or have a company with an EIN#.
