Tarme Mediterranean Grill is looking for a skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager who’s ready to lead and work alongside our team in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
If you’re passionate about Mediterranean food, thrive under pressure, and know how to run a smooth kitchen while getting your hands dirty, we want to meet you!
✅ Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, food prep, and line service
* Work on the line and assist with prep during peak hours
* Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling
* Maintain health, safety, and food quality standards
* Lead, train, and support kitchen staff
* Minimize waste and manage food cost
🧑🍳 Requirements:
* Proven experience as a line cook and in kitchen leadership
* Strong knowledge of Mediterranean or grill-based cuisine is a plus
* Able to lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and multitask
* Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
* Must be reliable and available full-time, including weekends
