School Psychologist to join our educational team for the 2025-2026 school year. This individual will play a critical role in promoting student achievement, mental health, and positive behavior by collaborating with school staff, families, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to support special education eligibility and services.
- Interpret assessment data and collaborate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students.
- Serve as a key consultant to teachers and staff on academic and behavioral interventions.
- Support school-wide initiatives for student wellness and academic performance.
- Assist in developing data-driven practices aligned with MTSS and RTI frameworks.
Qualifications: - Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement.
- Experience in K-8 or K-12 school settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, student-centered mindset.
- Knowledge of culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices.
Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive weekly pay: $40 - $52 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
