LaJolla and Encinitas - Part-Time Barista – No Nights, No Weekends!
Are you passionate about great coffee and friendly service? Looking for a flexible part-time role where you're truly valued? Join our small, woman-owned cafe with locations in Encinitas and La Jolla!
Up to 20 hours/week (Monday–Friday only)
Choose from these shifts:
7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Opening)
11:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Closing)
Or mix and match!
Start: Immediate
Pay: $20/hour + tips

What You'll Do:
Craft high-quality espresso and coffee drinks
Warm and serve panini-pressed sandwiches
Deliver friendly, attentive service
Keep your station clean and organized
Be a positive part of a small, dedicated team
What We’re Looking For:
Prior barista experience
Food handler certificate
Positive, can-do attitude
Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual
Strong customer service skills
