-Valid Drivers License -to drive company vehicle if needed, and to drive their own vehicle to various jobsites and distances.
-Own Vehicle
-3 years or more construction experience
-Drive forklift
-Boom Lift

-Carpentry
-Masonry
-Electrical
-Plumbing
-Metal Work
General skills:
Be able to work days, night and weekends.
Know how to read plans.
Know how to use power tools.
Ladders and heavy equipment.
