Responsibilities
Data Analytics, Reporting, and Audits
- Design complex reports for the business displaying HR data & metrics
- Ability to create ad hoc employee data reports for internal partners and provide requested data to the organization
- Analyze data in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations that will streamline processes within IDEMIA HR Systems
- Use advanced reporting technology to integrate data between systems
- Conduct various routine system and HR audit activities, raising concerns to leadership and actioning accordingly
- Responsible for all Compliance and State Reporting (AAP, EEO-1, CA EEO-1, VETS-4212, MN, KY, etc.)
- Manage large volumes of data to process mass transactions and changes, while maintaining data accuracy
- Participates in internal/external HR audits
HR Operations and Systems Support
- Manage the ADP Time & Attendance Platform by troubleshooting issues escalated by managers/employees/HR Business Partners ensure department changes are captured and reflected in the ADP Time & Attendance Platform as needed
- Review the ADP Time & Attendance error report on a weekly basis to ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
- Serve as the point of contact for all PeopleHUB processes in the USA and Canada including the ongoing management of performance forms, daily review and troubleshooting of the ADP to PeopleHUB integration, identifying errors that need escalation with the global HRIS team, and performing the monthly and quarterly PeopleHUB audits
- Assist with the implementation of the large HRIS projects
- Communicate regularly with employees and managers to collect information and solve complex Human Resources issues, often in collaboration with other HR Departments
- Document HRM system setups and processes for knowledge and understanding by all HR Operations staff
- Support table and configuration maintenance in all HRIS systems including iCIMS, ADP, and SAP SuccessFactors
- Assist the HR Ops Management with the implementation of large HRIS projects, in analyzing new system functionality, and developing recommendations for process improvements
- HR Operations Inbox – Act as back up when team members are out of the office including assisting internal and external customers with HR related inquiries or requests, processing personnel changes such as pay adjustments, terminations, LOAs, promotions, transfers, manager changes, department changes, tax data, etc.
General HR Support
- Prepare and deliver presentation decks and other communications materials to support rollouts, training on initiatives, and other HR key areas
- Ensures data accuracy and timeliness when representing the department
- Assist with Ad Hoc projects, reports, audits, etc.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ADP WFN required
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience supporting HR technologies and processes
- Advanced proficiency with Excel including macros, v-lookups, formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and other advanced functionality required
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with ability to listen, empathize, and develop strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving skill set with ability to define, structure, and document problems and their requirements
- Ability to choose appropriate methodologies and provide solutions in a professional, visual, and presentable medium in a timely manner
- Intellectually curious, proactive, and highly adaptable self-starter
- Comfortable working sometimes within short deadlines and often with changing and competing priorities
- Attention to detail is critical as this highly skilled and utilized employee must be able to meet deadlines and work collaboratively

Desired Qualifications

- Solid background in human resources with a professional HR certification as a plus (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
