Responsibilities
HR Operations and Systems Support
- Respond to RFP requests
- Support annual audits by providing requested information to auditors
- Provide administrative and project level support to HR Ops Management
- HR Operations Inbox – Act as back up when team members are out of the office including assisting internal and external customers with HR related inquiries or requests, processing personnel changes such as pay adjustments, terminations, LOAs, promotions, transfers, manager changes, department changes, tax data, etc.
- Review unemployment claims and provide responses by the established deadlines
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning all company matters including, but not limited to, personnel actions, terminations, and organizational changes
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner
- Works on ad-hoc assignments as needed
Onboarding Support
- Lead Onboarding Initiatives
- Lead Onboarding Status Calls
- Send out New Hire Communication and serve as the point of contact for all updates between HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new hire
- Ensure that all new hire required documentation gets uploaded to the ADP document cloud
- Lead the efforts to ensure that all I9’s are completed by the deadlines
- Performs any/all tasks required for new hire profile creation and conducts new hire audits as needed to validate accuracy of new hire data
- Perform troubleshooting and problem solve any errors around new hires obtaining access to ADP WFN
- Responsible for the Onboarding/Offboarding system configuration and table maintenance
- Act as the point of contact for Onboarding/Offboarding system support and troubleshooting
- Generate the New Hire Welcome Kit Report and send to appropriate contacts
- Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures
- Ability to create and run reports Onboarding/Offboarding accurately
- Create and maintain process documentation, procedure guides, and/or training materials for end users regarding the onboarding and offboarding process
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ADP WFN required
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience supporting HR technologies and processes
- Advanced proficiency with Excel including macros, v-lookups, formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and other advanced functionality required
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with ability to listen, empathize, and develop strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving skill set with ability to define, structure, and document problems and their requirements
- Ability to choose appropriate methodologies and provide solutions in a professional, visual, and presentable medium in a timely manner
- Intellectually curious, proactive, and highly adaptable self-starter
- Comfortable working sometimes within short deadlines and often with changing and competing priorities.
- Attention to detail is critical as this highly skilled and utilized employee must be able to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
