JOB OVERVIEW
As a Talent Recruiter you will assist assigned regions with all functions related to the recruitment of talent for Coordinator level and community level positions. The Recruiter will provide general recruitment training to include topics such as sourcing candidates, prescreening training, applicant tracking system training, onboarding/compliance training, and others as identified.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities:
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, universities, employment agencies and seeking advertising opportunities; schedule, coordinate and attend job fairs and hiring events as needed; maintain passive applicant pool and inform hiring managers of highly placeable applicants.
- Travel as needed to attend regional meetings, host community job fairs, and attend local hiring events to develop relationships with local resources.
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action and state specific guidelines and laws; the Recruiter must maintain job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years high volume recruiting experience preferably within a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field) preferred
• Previous training experience highly desired
• Competency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong sourcing background
• Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up skills
• Strong problem solving skills
