OVERVIEW The Associate will provide temporary support staff to supplement existing resources. This position will be for 8 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)1. Assists with Store team member recruiting, including but not limited to screening, interviewing, and coordinating drug & background checks.
2. Ability to attend high volume hiring events.
3. Ability to work as needed to meet department deadlines.
4. Ability to quickly learn new tasks and follow directions.
5. Ability to communicate professionally with employees from all areas of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
