Las Vegas Family office is searching for a full-time Zoom meeting facilitator & Executive Administrator. This key person will be critical in the management or the firms business communications with our prospective investor clients and partners.
Fluency with the Zoom communications platform is required and the ability to demonstrate C-Level and executive business acumen with our prospective investment partners across a wide spectrum of service industries is desired.
Required skills for this position:
• Detailed operational understanding of MS Office Suite & the Zoom Communication platform
• Fluent communication skills with leadership competency and intuition
• Ability to type (60WPM) and deliver timely, detailed and accurate Zoom meeting notes/overview
• Comfortable in a Zoom video conference environment and a professional Zoom camera presence is required
• Ability to generate detailed company/business & key individual research reports as needed
• Support email marketing campaigns as needed and meet/exceed production requirements and required quotas
• Active participation in new business opportunity presentation meetings, client facing experience is a plus
• Experience and active ability to participate in client presentations with an inquisitive and professional demeanor within a group setting
• As needed, provide business owner/principle administrative project support and management
Must have your own LLC. Will contract with your LLC.
