** Must be able to work weekend nights FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY ***
** Starting at $22 an hour, can go up based on experience**
Requirements
• Experience and knowledge of intermediate cooking techniques and methods. Basic knife skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Can remain calm under high-pressure setting
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong communication ability with other staff members.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and standards of sanitation.
Primary Duties:
• Responsible for food prep and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assisting the lead cook
• Be efficient with time and multitasking. Being an effective team player is crucial in working with other kitchen staff.
• Keep the area clean.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Stamina to work 6-hour shifts in a fast-paced kitchen.
