About the role: We are searching for a dedicated, efficient, and organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Our dishwashers are responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses.
Responsibilities:
*Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, utensils, and other dishes used by guests and kitchen staff
*Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and dishes in a clean and orderly condition
*Take out trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
*Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
*Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment and safety standards
*Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations
*Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:
*1+ years’ experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
