What you'll be doing:
As our Learning and Development Manager you'll work across all areas of the business leading on the development and execution of our People Strategy. This will largely be focused on specific organisational development projects that will enhance our leadership capability and employee engagement; as well as ensuring we have the right operational development activity to ensure our people are set up for success now and in the future.
In addition you will also:
- Ensure the appropriate training solutions are in place to address current and future skills gaps
- Be the architect of a high performance culture across the group where every employee will know what is expected of them and how this contributes to the success of the business
- Engage across the whole organisation and working closely with Senior Managers (including executive level leaders) across the group
- Driving regular touch-points to holistically review and assess our culture and management capability
- Lead on key projects across the business that will drive organisational effectiveness.
We want to hear from you if you:
- Have a proven track record in delivering value add training solutions across multiple areas of a business
- Have the ability to influence senior leaders and build high quality, sustainable business partnering relationships
- Have a commercial mind-set and business understanding to inform and drive continuous improvement
- Have experience or qualification in coaching (at a management level)
- Have experience of delivering leadership/team effectiveness workshops
- Have a good network of external partners to help with all things relating to organisational effectiveness
- Have strong project management toolkit
