The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

As a Close-to-Business Senior Sourcing Manager in OTC Personal Care, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants, Planners and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores’ shelves and on our online channels. You will own development of sourcing strategies with a focus on global balance, matrix optimization, Target Forward & Sustainability goals, and Target’s financial plans. To do this, you will determine appropriate operating model and drive sourcing strategies that align to business goals and critical category needs. You will lead building value-driven negotiation strategies to achieve financial goals. You will be responsible for partnering with worldwide sourcing peers, Quality Assurance, and Responsible Sourcing to deliver high-quality, responsibly sourced products at a great value to our guests.

Communicate and translate Brand, Assortment, Financial and Guest strategies to Sourcing Needs and Value Plan
Leverage understanding of cross functional team goals, risks and priorities to own the development of a sourcing approach that achieves profit, impact, and product goals.
Provide strategic context to and represent expertise of global sourcing partners to the Owned Brand cross-functional team.
Responsible for vendor placement and selection decisions
Advocate Target Values, being a role model of Inclusivity and Ethics for Target business and supply chain.

About you:
Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
3-7+ years relevant experience
Proven leadership skills including strategic thought, conceptual thinking, stakeholder or cross functional facilitation, supply chain management and development in a changing environment
Rich interpersonal experience with dynamic, and multi-cultural background stakeholders
Respects, appreciates and values diverse voices and approaches
Committed to creating equitable experiences and fostering an inclusive team

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
