As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead and manage the people strategy as a key member of the business unit and human resources leadership teams. Responsibilities/Duties:
- Acts as a strategic business partner to the business leader. The position will design, build and execute strategic talent objectives that drive exceptional business performance.
- Embed a performance management culture within the business area as a means of driving business improvement by ensuring clear objectives, feedback and the improvement of outcomes through behaviors.
- Identify and develop key learning programs that will drive best demonstrated practices in performance management processes.
- Partners to develop and drive aggressive talent acquisition programs, supports the onboarding process.
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management.
- Challenges the organizational structure and proposes changes as appropriate.
- Implement comp/commission plans and propose sales incentive, compensation and benefits strategies.
- Provide support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives in support of the HR strategy, using expert knowledge of the Advanced Surgical business. Substantively contributes to the development of the wider HR strategy and work closely with Human Resource Leadership to ensure cohesive and coordinated functional, global roadmap.
- Business Travel of 25-40%
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in related field
- 8+ years of related experience, including HR, performance coaching and talent development, and management experience

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $145,000-$225,000 plus bonus. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
