*Monday availability also preferred

MORNING PREP KITCHEN STAFF:
Requirements:
Valid WA State Food Handler's permit within a week of hire date

9a - 12a

EVENING/NIGHT TIME CLEANER:
Requirements:
Valid WA State Food Handler's permit within a week of hire date
Availability 8:00pm - Midnight
Must be able to work efficiently and independently

***All hires will be trained in the bussing/dishing position regardless of position you were hired for and may be expected to work that position when needed.
***Our goal is to hire and/or train all new employees in bussing and dishing with the hope to continue training and development in other areas/roles of the restaurant. If you would like to be considered for a host, serving, or bartending position, please be prepared to go through training listed above. *All hosts/servers/bartenders and most current Birch managers were all hired as bussers/dishers.
***Must be 18 and over to apply for kitchen and cleaner position.
