We're looking for stellar specialty coffee and culinary lovers to join our team at Black Canvas Coffee. We believe the ideal barista is someone who is passionate about Coffee, food and creating dazzling guest experiences grounded in recognition, respect and empathy. Black Canvas is looking for positive and energetic barista with outstanding service skills, the ideal barista focuses on engaging with our customers, delivering the Black Canvas Coffee Brand and keeping up the daily coffee bar functions. The Black Canvas Coffee barista has a sense of curiosity, always wants to learn to grow.
Summary of Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
• Provide friendly and enthusiasm attitude at all the time
• Promote an excellent experience for both employees and customers
• Cash Handling/Register Operation
• Greet every customer and make them feel welcome every single time
• be aware of customers and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for clues
• Every single time provide outstanding quality specialty coffee beverages and food for customers
• Adhere to café schedule (always be on time)
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines without any exceptions
• Complete all side work before the end of a shift
• Carry a friendly, energetic, personable demeanor and have a passion for great customer service, with a customer-first mentality.

Requirements:
• Two years of specialty coffee experience
• Must be Positive and approachable
• Eligible to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• A fixable schedule and are available to work weekends
• Ability to Learn quickly and understand and carry our oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
