Job Description:
Bel Air Guest Home, a trusted boarding care facility/assisted living provider, is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Clerk to join our team. This role involves performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the facility while ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for residents, their families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Greet visitors and assist with general administrative tasks.
Maintain office files, records, and other documents.
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
Assist with data entry and updating resident records.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Handle daily office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Assist with billing, resident intake, and discharge paperwork.
Work closely with the management team to support facility operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in office administration is a plus.
Prior experience in an office setting, healthcare, or assisted living environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
A caring attitude and commitment to providing excellent service to residents and their families.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
