Job Title: Vacation Rental Cleaner
Job Description:
As a Cleaner in San Diego, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services for vacation rental properties. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure that each property is thoroughly cleaned and maintained to meet high cleanliness standards.
The hourly rate for this position is $18.50, and additional details regarding the job are as follows:
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform detailed cleaning tasks in accordance with established guidelines and checklists. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, and ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
Linen and Bedding: Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding between guest stays. Ensure that all linens are clean, fresh, and properly folded for guest use.
Restocking and Inventory: Check and replenish supplies such as toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies, and other essential items to ensure they are adequately stocked for guest stays.
Property Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of the property to identify any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items. Report any findings promptly to the property owner or manager.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with property owners, managers, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination of cleaning schedules and any special guest requirements.
Time Management: Efficiently manage your cleaning schedule to meet check-in and check-out times while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred, particularly in a hospitality or vacation rental setting.
Attention to Detail: Ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks with meticulous attention to detail and maintain high cleanliness standards.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with property owners, managers, and team members.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

Citizenship of the United States
US bank account details for direct deposit purposes
Availability to work 5-6 days a week, including weekends
Minimum age requirement of 18 years

Additional Information:
Independent Transportation: Having access to a vehicle for transportation is a plus (but not mandatory) as it allows for greater flexibility in reaching different properties.
Flexible Work Schedule: The job offers flexibility in terms of work schedule, accommodating both full-time and part-time availability.
Payroll Distribution: Payroll is distributed on the 16th and 1st of each month.
Work Schedule: The typical work schedule is 5-6 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, but may vary based on availability.
