Title: Manager/Customer Service Rep/Sales
Pay: $23/hour, starting pay
Hours: Full Time M-F, 7:30-4:30
BILINGUAL REQUIRED
As a Manager/Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Molly Maid as you direct employees and interact with customers. You are responsible for handling service requests, employee issues and customers. You will demonstrate our code of values.
You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
Manage a staff of 20+ employees. Motivate, coach, and lead a diverse staff to reach and maintain key performance indicators (kpi's) and sales goals
Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Schedule estimates and cleans
Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve breakage issues
Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
Assist with personnel management, including hiring and recruiting functions
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum two years MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
Minimum three years CUSTOMER SERVICE and/or ADMIN EXPERIENCE
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive Attitude
Team player who can work independently.
