Job Responsibilities:
This job is a fit for someone who thrives on doing heavy amounts of fast-paced computer work, enjoys analyzing information to make evaluations and judgements, and enjoys work that is straightforward and repetitive.
Required Job Duties:
* Understanding written job requirements from our client employers.
* Finding and/or selecting candidates that may be of interest to our client companies.
* Analyzing candidates’ qualifications and preferences in order evaluate their fit with our client employers’ open positions.
* Conducting various types of simple, high volume, repetitive online research to collect data.
Possible Additional Duties (if you are able and interested):
* Conducting phone interviews with candidates.
* Communicating with client employers.
* Sending high volumes of recruiting emails to candidates.
* Researching companies to identify prospective clients.
* Anything else you or we can think of that will be beneficial.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* A Natural tendency to work at a moderate to fast pace with a sense of urgency.
* Enjoyment of reading/analyzing/evaluating information on a computer screen. (You would be doing that all day, every day).
* Ability to type properly and very quickly -- at least 60 WPM, preferably much higher.
* General computer proficiency: emailing, web browsing, ability to learn new programs.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong reading comprehension skills.
* Strong memory / information retention.
* Ability to mentally process complex information quickly and accurately.
* Solid critical thinking skills.
* Solid written communication skills.
* Positive, optimistic, can-do attitude.
* Dedication and focus, strong work ethic.
* Ability to pass a background and reference check.
