DESCRIPTION
The Branch Field Manager is responsible for managing the marketing team’s performance in their efforts to generate interest and set appointments with homeowners in their local market. The Branch Field Manager will be responsible for driving MLM’s vision, culture, and goals daily. The ideal candidate will lead by example and must be comfortable with both positive and negative performance management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing local and regional canvassing initiatives and activities
- Leading daily meetings to inform and motivate your team
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new canvassing representatives
- Tracking and analyzing sales/marketing statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Lead by example in both performance and behaviors that are aligned with MLM’s standards
- Manage the team on a daily basis using multiple techniques
- Weekly one on ones with each member of your team
- Ride-alongs and shadowing in the field
- Acknowledgement and recognition
- On the spot coaching
- Working with managers in other departments to discover, improve and manage your department
- Working with MLM’s internal CRM as well as other proprietary databases and platforms
COMPENSATION
- $60,000 salary + uncapped commission
- On average, a Branch Field Manager makes $120,000-$150,000 annually with MLM

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates outside 70% of the time within a defined territory and in office/administrative 30% of the time.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full time position. Code red and other business hours will apply as needed.
Off Peak Schedule:
- November 1st - March 14th - Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm EST and two (2) Saturdays per month, 9am - 2pm EST
Peak Schedule:
- March 15th - October 31st - Monday - Friday, 11am - 7:30pm EST and two (2) Saturdays per month, 9am - 2pm EST
TRAVEL
- This position requires extensive travel within their territory and/or to and from other MLM offices.
