• Adhere to high quality, food safety, sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served.
• Responsible for being well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information
• Prepares food for service using knives, ovens, gas stoves, broiler, griddles
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station and working area
Minimum Qualifications • 1 year Line Cook experience in active thriving restaurant.
• Current food safety knowledge and valid Food Handler Card at time of hire.
• A strong desire to learn and take action to protect the planet.
• Ability to hustle without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
• Physical requirements - must be able to stand and move around a kitchen for up to 8 hours; lift and carry up to 50lbs.
