Express is looking for reliable and dependable individual to perform Parking Lot Attendant duties for our client that operates over 50 parking lots throughout San Diego. If you are open to part-time to full-time work with a flexible work schedule to work afternoons and evenings, while working outdoors in sunny San Diego, this is the job for you!
Multiple areas are available, current open routes are:
• Solana Beach - La Jolla - Pacific Beach
Pay: $19.00 - Depending on performance and attendance.
Hours: 30+ hours per week. Must have open availability
MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE (Mileage reimbursed for personal car use traveling between lots) with proof of insurance and registration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, co-workers, and managers. “Treat others as you would want to be treated
• Patrol areas to prevent thefts from parked automobiles
• Confirm payment for parking via company equipment
• Issue tickets to those who haven’t paid for parking
• Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance at all times
• Regular, consistent attendance during scheduled work hours and the ability to work overtime if requested.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Own transportation
• Security guard or parking lot attendant experience a plus
• Ability to operate hand-held device for tracking and monitoring
